Service is part of our philosophy. We are happy to help you by submitting an original claim with all the appropriate information your insurance company needs.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, e-transfer, cheque, and cash. Our treatment coordinator will be happy to explain the different payment options available to you.

How do I use my insurance benefits?

Your insurance company will need to evaluate your claim, which we will submit directly. Every insurance company’s reimbursement scheme is different. Consult your policy documents or contact your insurance company directly for the exact amount or percentage you are entitled to receive.

What is the appointment cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, or you may be subject to a fee.
